We've made it really easy for you to cancel your Komodo subscription or to take a break if you need to.
- Log into the parent dashboard
- Select Subscription from the menu
You can then choose to suspend your account for one, two or three months (if you're on an annual subscription), cancel your account at the end of your current paid up period, or cancel immediately.
NB You will see different options here depending on what type of subscription you have.
If you suspend your account, we will send an automated message to let you know that the suspension is coming to an end before your subscription payments start again.
